Getting Started Information
If you are new to working with us, or haven’t worked with us in a while, I want to welcome you and thank you. The information provided below is those being added into our system that we use for our realtor clients. As well as a few other helpful details. This info should help you get going.
As an agent, you will need an account in our management system that we utilize with Go Full Frame. It takes two minutes to setup, or we can get it started for you with just your name, cell #, and email address. But you’ll want to finish setting your profile up later. We provide tutorial info for the Client Portal under the Helpful Info portion of our site and recommend you visit it. And the link to the Client Portal to setup or login is at the top of our site.
The reason you will need this account is because it houses everything under one roof. Your jobs will be scheduled there. File delivery will be done thru it. Payments will be made or recorded there. And you’ll have the added option for a free property website and flyer builder tool with every job. And the records will always be there for you in the future.
It is recommended that you bookmark the client portal site on your phone and/or computer for quick easy access in the future. I believe you can do this on any computer or browser by hitting ctrl+D.

Job Requesting
Everyone has their own preferred way of requesting real estate services. However we need to be able to manage the volume of work we handle every year. So whether your text, email, or directly input your job into the Client Portal, your job will eventually end up there if you’re an agent. It helps make sure we have all of the necessary info in order to properly complete and deliver a job.
File Delivery
Other than one-off jobs, we do not deliver finished job files via dropbox or email. Instead we sent them via our Client Portal where it sends you a notification email with a link to download your files as Printable or MLS sized files. It also includes a property website for every job, which is what we always recommend you send to your clients to show them the work we delivered to you. And it does so with a professional presentation that is branded to you.
Paying For Your Job
We do not ask for payment up front since things can change along the way, which can change costs. So we prefer payment at the time of deliver of files instead. The Client Portal does handle credit card processing securely. However if you prefer, payments may also be made by check, Venmo, or PayPal.
