We understand that not every photography job is the same. Though our primary service is real estate photography, we also provide architectural photography services for other commercial client needs, as well as those of individuals with vacation rental properties such as Airbnb. We understand that the way we capture a property effects the viewers thinking of the property, and so try create images that will best result in the viewer seeing a property in the way you want it to be seen so as to drive them towards the desired result. For example, we tend to photography real estate listings in a more wide open format so as to capture more of the space, allowing the viewer to study and learn the property to see if it’s going to suit their needs. Commercial clients need some of that, but also to draw viewers’ attention to features and details as well. And with rental and vacation properties, you need to add more of those editorial style photos of details within a room instead of just the whole room itself so the viewer can have more of a emotional warm fuzzy feeling about the property that makes them want that experience.

If these differences are not recognized, then it can result in a lack of the desired results with viewers and potential clients. A cool picture of a vase on the table will not help sell a house, and a super wide picture by itself will not create any emotions that entice someone to work with your company, or stay in your rental.

With the high bar on visual stimulation, so matter what, professional pictures is a must these days if you want to have any chance against the competition. Too many consumer have said they just don’t pay any attention to listings or promotions that have poor quality photos. They pass them every time and go straight to those with amazing pictures that draw their attention.
