Once we know the details of the job and what is required, we will give you the closest estimate we can, but may still have to adjust afterwards based one what was actually done to complete the project. Sometimes a project may have the main structure complete and ready photos, but some of the other features are missing. For an added fee, our retoucher can add grass, pavement, landscaping, and sky replacements in order to give you a much higher quality presentation image for your portfolio.
When capturing aerial imagery of a commercial property, it’s important to not just know exactly which property is being showcased for potential buyers, but also to see road access and various local points of interest. For an added fee per image we can add these special markings for you.
