Floor Plans
Room measurements are handy so that it is easier to determine the available space for furniture. Some listing sites even require the information. Knowing that we are visual people, we take it a step further and have these measurements applied to a set of floor plans, taking out the guess work on orientation of a room, or where one room is in relation to another one. We do offer some options to choose from, so see the pricing below.

Standard 2D Floor Plan
Basic 2D floor plans without added features is automatically included now with every home photo job. Add features to get more!
Features Upgrade: $25
Upgrade your floor plan to include features such as doors, cabinets, sinks, and more in order to give buyers a better experience.
Matterport Floor Plans: $25
Matterport floor plans are similar to the features upgrade, but come from Matterport.
3-D Floor Plans
$100
3-D floor plans include furniture, colors, and textures to match the property as much as possible to give it the most realistic representation. But you also get a set of 2-D floor plans with measurements as well.
Square footage is not based on living space alone, but total inclosed space captured. Turn around time is 24 - 48 hours. All floor plans include total square footage both per floor and for the entire home. All measurements and square footages, though precise, are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
3D Staged Videos
Do you have a home that is still under construction, newly built, or recently vacated? Whether a home is empty, full of clutter, or still waiting for cabinets and plumbing to be installed, our 3D staged videos present a clean video rendering of your property, fully staged. This provides viewers a chance to see the potential for the home or business. You have the choice of vertical or horizontal orientation.
3D Video Plus: $200
The Plus version includes additional video clips showing the property as it is intermixed with the 3D video. May include a floor plan view as well. Chose vertical or horizontal orientation.
3D Video Basic: $150
The Basic version only includes the 3D video, and an exterior image to identify the property. Chose vertical or horizontal orientation.
3D Combo
We now offered a 3D rendered video of the interior of any property, along side the 3D and 2D floor plans! Get this great combo for only $225
